Dear Patients,
We are a triage based surgery which means our reception staff will ask you some questions when you call to request an appointment, they will then send the completed form to the clinical team for review, once this has been completed you will either be offered a face to face appointment, a telephone appointment or a request will be sent for further information via our online/econsult service Patchs.
If you wish to contact the surgery during our opening hours (Monday to Friday) 8am to 6.30pm, you can call 01245 321391, email to kingsway.receptionists@nhs.net or register with Patchs and send in requests for medical certificates, appointments, triage requests, book blood test appointments, practice nursing appointments, request letters, send in insurance or other documents that need completing or anything else you may need to ask us.
