There is now the facility for patients to book appointments with a doctor and order repeat prescriptions via this website. This is protected by the highest security and cannot be accessed by others providing you keep your registration details secure.
To be able to access this facility you will need to have an individual access and ID code. Please contact Reception, who will be able to issue you with this.
Please remember that you can email your prescription requests to: kingswaysurgery.prescriptionclerks@nhs.net as well as using the systmone online service, which you will need to register for.
Prescription requests will be actioned within 48 working hours. You may also contact the surgery for non medical requests using Kingsway.receptionist@nhs.net
We also have the link below for non urgent enquires. Please note that any requests sent in this way will be actioned within 48 working hours.
