Repeat prescriptions can be ordered:
Online: Order your prescription online using Systmonline here. You need to register to use our online repeat prescription ordering service please go to our Online Services page to find out more
In person: Complete the right-hand section of your previous prescription form and leaving it at the surgery
By post: send your prescription to us with a stamped addressed envelope if you want it posted back to you.
By email: send your request to: kingswaysurgery.prescriptionclerks@nhs.net
Your prescription will be ready after 48 working hours (Monday to Friday).
We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you will be asked to make a telephone review appointment with a member of the pharmacist team.
To continue to safely prescribe medication regular blood test monitoring and reviews are required. It maybe necessary to limit prescribing in the case of non compliance. Please ensure you attend for a blood test if requested and complete your medication review.
